1. Program description
Rock Ridge Ventures operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with property owners, prospective buyers, partners, and others who contact us. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment coordination, offer and transaction updates, and occasional information relevant to your request.
2. Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website form, by texting us first, or by giving us your number and agreeing to be texted, you consent to receive text messages from Rock Ridge Ventures at that number, including messages sent using automated technology.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
3. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
